Apple Makes a Strong Play for Health & Fitness

No doubt that those who tuned in for Apple’s “Spring Forward” event today mostly wanted to hear more about the Apple Watch. But it seems Apple’s plan is bigger than just releasing the newest fashion tech accessory. One of the most important areas iPhone is having an impact on is personal health. Here is a summary of all Health and Fitness related announcement that came out of Cupertino this morning.
As iPhone sales hits 700 million mark, and with over 900 apps have been created with Health Kit to help people track and manage their health, Apple announces open source Research Kit
